Dr. Linda Lau was born in Taiwan and came to America at the age of 5.  She grew up in Staten Island, NY.  Dr. Lau graduated magna cum laude from Union College.  She attended Albany Medical College and completed her residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York City, in June 2000.  Dr. Lau is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Academy of Family Physicians, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. 

Dr. Lau enjoys caring for people of all ages and backgrounds.  She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.  Providing competent and compassionate care for the entire family is very important to her.  The relationship she develops with her patients is why she continues to practice medicine joyfully.  Some of her special interests include women's health, nutrition (Juice Plus supplements), and fitness.    She completed the Tri for the Cure Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer sprint triathlon in April 2009.  

Dr. Lau is married with three boys.  She is passionate about her faith.   In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching Phoenix Suns basketball with her boys, traveling, and trying out new restaurants with her husband.  No wonder she has to exercise!!
